The Masonry Skill Scroll is a teachable item crafted at a Research Table that grants a player access to the Masonry specialty, which unlocks the production of mortared stone blocks and other stone-tier construction materials. Once a player reads the scroll, they still need to spend skill points (stars) to learn the actual specialty from its tree. Because one Masonry Skill Book can produce unlimited scrolls, a single researcher can supply the entire server — making it efficient to stock a few scrolls in public stores so that any player can start building tier-1 stone rooms without waiting for a specialist to be online.
