The Milling Skill Book is a research item that unlocks the Milling specialty, which is part of the Farming profession. Once a player discovers this skill at a Research Table and crafts the book, they can produce skill scrolls from it to teach other players the Milling specialty. A practical tip: since one skill book can generate unlimited scrolls, collaborate with a fellow researcher to share or trade Milling scrolls so the whole town doesn't need separate books.
