As a modern-level upgrade, it requires the station to be placed inside a room of sufficient material tier to function, making it a later-game enhancement for miners who have already invested in quality housing. Once equipped, it lowers the labor and material demands of ore processing, helping specialized players produce more with less environmental impact.
