The Mechanics Advanced Upgrade is an efficiency module that reduces resource cost and craft time for any Mechanics recipe when installed in a compatible crafting station. As an Advanced upgrade, it requires the station to be placed inside a room of sufficient tier – typically tier-1 or higher – to function. To use it, ensure the station is in a well-built, enclosed room with real walls, doors, and windows, as open holes no longer count for room detection.
