群体资料是在公会中创建的公民阶层。然后可以在你可以指定公民的任何地方（权限，章程等）使用这些功能。例如，公民可以定义群体的“伐木工人”，其中只会包含伐木技能水平为3或更高的用户。然后，可以制定仅允许“伐木工人”砍伐老树的章程。群体信息在Census Bureau 中定义。群体也可以设定工资。只要公民仍在人口中，便定期支付工资。
